1. Agreement to terms
By accessing storylinepro.life, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. Separate written agreements govern paid client engagements and prevail over these general Terms where they conflict.
2. About StoryLine Pro
StoryLine Pro Pte. Ltd. ("StoryLine Pro", "we") is a public relations consultancy based at 120 Robinson Road, #14-01, Singapore 068913. We provide media relations, corporate communications, reputation counsel, and related advisory services to organisations. Contact: [email protected], +65 6223 4817.
StoryLine Pro is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, media organisation, or third-party brand unless explicitly stated in a signed client agreement.
3. Website use
You may browse storylinepro.life for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorised access to server areas, forms, or directories restricted by configuration;
- Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through contact forms;
- Use automated tools to scrape content in ways that impair site performance;
- Introduce malware, spam, or harmful code;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when enquiring about services.
We may suspend access where abuse is detected, without prejudice to other remedies.
4. Information on this website
Content describes our PR services, approach, indicative pricing, and representative work. It is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Case studies and statistics illustrate experience but do not guarantee future results.
Indicative fees on the expertise page start from stated amounts; final pricing is confirmed in proposals after scoping. We reserve the right to update service descriptions and pricing guidance without prior notice.
Portfolio entries may anonymise client identities where confidentiality agreements apply. Descriptions reflect our involvement but should not be read as endorsements by third parties mentioned incidentally.
5. Enquiries and no client relationship
Submitting a contact form or email does not create a client relationship or obligation to provide services. We evaluate enquiries in good faith and respond within stated timeframes where possible, but we may decline projects outside our expertise, capacity, or ethical boundaries.
Confidential information should not be sent via the website form if it requires heightened protection; request a secure channel during initial correspondence.
6. Client engagements
When you engage StoryLine Pro formally, a statement of work or service agreement will define scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination. Key principles typically include:
- Scope clarity: Activities, timelines, and assumptions documented before work begins;
- Professional standards: Counsel aligned with applicable laws and industry ethics;
- No guaranteed coverage: Media outcomes depend on editorial discretion — we do not promise specific placements, impressions, or sentiment metrics unless explicitly defined as third-party media buys with separate terms;
- Client cooperation: Timely approvals, accurate information, and designated spokespeople are required for effective delivery;
- Third-party costs: Disclosed and approved before incurring translation, design, venue, or distribution expenses.
Payment terms are typically net fourteen days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at rates permitted by law. Either party may terminate engagements according to contract notice periods; fees for completed work remain payable.
Confidential client information received during projects is handled under mutual confidentiality expectations and is not disclosed to other clients or media without authorisation.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, design, logos, and original materials are owned by StoryLine Pro or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial redistribution without written permission. Limited quoting with attribution for review or news purposes may be acceptable under fair use principles.
Client engagement agreements specify ownership of deliverables — typically clients receive usage rights for materials created for their campaigns while we retain pre-existing methodologies and templates.
8. Third-party links and embeds
Our site may link to external resources such as Google Maps. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Loading Google Maps requires your consent to functional cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete or current at every moment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryLine Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to free website use shall not exceed SGD 100 except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Client project liability is governed by applicable engagement agreements.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify StoryLine Pro against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
This indemnity applies to website use only and does not expand or limit indemnity clauses that may appear in separate client service agreements, which control for paid engagements.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction if you are accessing the site from outside Singapore.
We prefer good-faith resolution through direct contact before formal proceedings where reasonable. Informal escalation should be directed to [email protected] with a concise description of the concern and desired outcome.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Archived copies are not maintained on the public website; you may request notice of substantive revisions by email if you rely on specific provisions.
14. Severability
If any provision is held invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
16. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread network outages, government actions, or public health restrictions, provided prompt notice is given and reasonable efforts are made to resume performance.
17. Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these website Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations regarding personal data.
18. Entire agreement for website use
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding free use of storylinepro.life. They supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject except where a signed client contract explicitly governs paid services.
19. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations for convenience do not override the English version in case of discrepancy.
Communications regarding these Terms may be conducted in English. Client project documentation may use additional languages when agreed in writing and when translation services are specified in scope.
